1. Go to the Configuration tab > Data > Tags > TM penalty profiles and click the Add button.
2. Enter a name for the profile, set the status as active, decide whether to sum penalties or use the highest one and configure one or more penalty rules.
3. Define a penalty rule. Read rules like human requests. Then click the Save button.
The rule says: If the TM segment is (1) tagged (2) as Smartphones (4) from the Hardware (3) tag group, then penalize it by 10% (5).
