1. Go to the Projects tab > Project list > Actions. From the drop-down menu select the action you want to perform on multiple files.
2. Select projects subject to the action you want to perform. To select all projects, check the box in the column header row. Then click the Execute button.
3. The list of projects is inherited from the Simple or Advanced search results. To change the criteria of projects displayed go the Simple search or Advanced search sections and return to the actions sections after the list includes all projects you need. Alternatively, you can use the predefined smart project filters before you make the selection and click the Execute button.
